Shipping charges are $2.50 for all orders being shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. AK, HI and military addressed orders will be contacted to quote additional shipping.
RETURNS: Note that all items are inspected prior to leaving the warehouse. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If any item(s) have been damaged in shipping please contact us within 5 business days to report the damage so that we may promptly file a claim with the shipping company. Please keep all boxes and packaging material along with the damaged item since the shipping company may wish to pick up the package for inspection.
No unauthorized returns will be accepted; credit will not be issued for items returned without a Return Authorization Number. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Special order items, clearance items and items purchased through eBay Auctions cannot be returned.
Due to shipping constraints some fanning of the silk plants, trees or flower arrangements may be necessary. For more information about fanning our products you can contact us and we will e-mail you instructions or you can visit our articles page where we list them for your convenience.
Please note that our products are not intended for outdoor use, unless otherwise noted in the item description. Do not place any of our products near a heat source or open flame as they are not flame retardant.
